1) SEND A CHECK: Cash donations may be made to The Struble
Foundation and mailed to PO Box 82567, Portland, OR 97282. A donation receipt will be mailed to you promptly.
2) FAX CREDIT CARD
DONATION: Fax credit card information to 503-296-2955. Be sure to include full name on card, type of credit card, amount of donation,
expiration date on credit card, and statement "I authorize The Struble Foundation to charge my credit card". A donation receipt
will be sent to you promptly.
Music for the Heart is a project of The Struble Foundation, a non-endowed public charity. We are unique in that we focuse your donations
directly to cardiovascular research by supporting seed grants, costs related to research administration, and research equipment.
